The inflation of new tyres when fitted to wheels is a very specific operation requiring specialist features. The PCL tyreshop range of digital inflators recognises the requirements and offers standard features designed to meet the demands of a busy tyre fitting shop.

For this reason, the tyreshop units use the 4th button on the front of the unit to access the special features. Pressing the button once gains access to setting the OPS bead seating facility. Pressing a second time gains access to the N₂ purge facility, and a third time allows the display calibration to be changed to an alternative calibration display.
